Privacy Policy
Overview
UKCraftFairs Ltd built apps within the Freedom Focus Toolkit to try and help people concentrate on improving their lives over time. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
The apps store data that you choose to enter. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synced to your personal iCloud account.
How Your Data Is Stored
All data is stored using Apple’s SwiftData framework and synced via iCloud CloudKit where enabled. Your data lives in your own iCloud account and is not accessible to us. We do not operate our own servers for user data.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers or any personal information beyond what you explicitly enter into the app. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
Photographs
Photos you add to entries are stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account if sync is enabled. They are not transmitted to us or any third party.
Subscription
Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment details. Apple’s Privacy Policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Blog Newsletter
If you choose to sign up for email updates on our blog, we store your email address, its confirmation status, and the date you signed up. We also store the IP address the signup request came from, kept only for the purpose of investigating abuse of the signup form. This information is stored on our own server, separately from the app data described above, and is used solely to send you occasional emails about new blog posts or site updates. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time, which removes you from future emails immediately.
Your Rights
Because your app data is stored in your own iCloud account, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all app data by deleting the app from your device. To remove iCloud data, delete the app and remove its data from iCloud Drive in your device settings. For blog newsletter data, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or contact us to request your data be removed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
